We've made it quick and convenient for you to keep your pet healthy.
Once you're on the schedule, you can expect to get a call from our team about your pet's appointment details, your pet's needs, your requested services and service estimates, along with essential information about our home visit policies and protocols for your safety, your pet's safety, and our staff member's safety.
2. Fill out a few forms and prepare for the home visit
Review and sign all forms sent to you after scheduling your home visit. Please take a few minutes to jot down any questions or concerns you may want to address during our visit. Email us any medical records you may have available or any details that may be relevant and good for us to know.
3. Day of your appointment
We will communicate our expected arrival time to you. Please let us know where to park and have your pet safely secure and ready for the exam in an easily accessible space or a carrier. A team member will meet with you outside your home, review and take your completed forms, and provide updates on estimates. If indicated, then we can meet your pet(s).
We'll discuss our exam findings and any recommendations, update service estimates before treatment, and work with you to provide the services in the comfort of your home or designated safe space at your visit site.
When your pet's visit is complete, we'll confirm your and your pet's needs have been met, finalize service payments, schedule any follow-up visits needed/recommended, and prepare for our next appointment before departing. A team member will ensure all of our equipment leaves your home, and your pet is still safe in their home, provide the visit summary, discharge instructions, any medications or continued care items, and send you a satisfaction survey that we feel helps us improve our processes.
