We’ve made it quick and convenient for you to keep your pet healthy.
1. Make an appointment
Once you’re on the schedule, you can expect to get a call from our team about your pet's appointment details, your pet's needs, your requested services and service estimates along with important details about our home visit policies and protocols for your safety, your pet's safety, and our staff member's safety.
2. Fill out a few forms and prepare for the home visit
Review and sign all forms sent to you after scheduling your home visit. Take a few minutes to jot down any questions or concerns you may want to address during our visit with you. Email us any medical records you may have available or any details that may be relevant and good for us to know.
3. Day of your appointment
We will communicate with you our expected arrival time. Please let us know where to park, have your pet safely secure and ready for exam either in an easily accessible space or in a carrier. A team member will meet with you outside your home, review and take your completed forms and provide updates on estimates if indicated, then we can meet your pet(s).
We’ll discuss with our exam findings, any recommendations, update service estimates prior to treatment, and work with you to provide the services in the comfort of your home or designated safe space at your visit site.
When your pet's visit is complete, we'll confirm all of you and your pet's needs have been met, finalize service payments, schedule any follow up visits needed/recommended and prepare for our next appointment prior to departing. A team member will ensure all of our equipment leaves your home, your pet is still safe in their home, provide the visit summary, discharge instructions, any medications or continued care items, and send you a satisfaction survey that we feel helps us improve our processes.
