HOME VISIT WITH EXAM

Service Description

All in home visit exams include a comprehensive physical examination of your pet and thorough communication of physical exam findings. At a wellness exam we will discuss your pet's needs and overall health in detail. You may choose to perform additional services including vaccines, blood work, urinalysis, and/or other treatments after the exam. All additional services will be quoted and performed only upon your approval and the pet's comfort.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us. A cancellation on the same day is subject to forfeiture of the house call fee deposit.
